Shipping Policy
- All orders will be process within 24-48 hours after we received payment
- Delivery for Ready Stock items takes 1-3 business days - All purchases will be processed and couriered by PosLaju or J&T between 2-3 working days
- The delay caused by the courier services is not under Aylea's liability
- However, you may contact us at at aylea.contact@gmail.com should you realize any unusual delay in receiving your purchased items
- Pre Order and Special Order purchases will be shipped from overseas (the USA) and takes 6-8 weeks (1-2 months) for delivery
- Please contact us for more info on delivery of specific Pre Order and Special Order items
- Please read event details and description regarding item location status before placing any order
- We ship orders two days every week excluding Malaysia Public Holiday
- Tracking number will be sent to your email on the day it shipped out from our fulfillment centre
International Shipping

Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy
- We do not accept any exchange/return/refund of purchased items
- The quality and the condition of all items are verified prior to being couriered to you and are well packed in a box to avoid damage during delivery
